The 2013-2014 NFL football season was an amazingly dynamic contest between two particular West Coast teams--the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks. The 49ers won the Super Bowl several times during the 1980s and the Seathawks got to the Super Bowl once before, but lost.
Both teams battled hard during the season and only one caught ball in the Red Zone made the difference of which team went to the Super Bowl. This story parallels the dynamism of that season as two twelve-year old boys argue and debate about their teams, the secondary characters, during the school year all the way to the Super Bowl. At the same time, the boys are competing for the same twelve-year-old girl. Only one team can win the Super Bowl. How will the boys' competition for the girl end up as they compete for her attention? How will their association with her continue after the champion team of the Super Bowl is announced? Who will she pick to continue with? Is it possible for the boys to become friends?
